Pinata time!

Yesterday we had church at one of the teacher's parent's house. It was amazingly beautiful right by a creek! After church they threw a party for Leah and we had a pinata, a cake, and the whole works! After the party we all went and played volleyball at the Baptist camp again. The whole day was a blast... and the weekends here are such a blur and go by way too fast! Anyhoo... here are some of the photos i took of our day.

Carissa with the sweet little kiddos

We were blessed enough to be able to visit and play with the kids at a nearby orphanage yesterday afternoon. It was an amazing time! Even though they were sick and not feeling good the kids were still so lovable! It was really hard to leave... but i think we will be going back! There was even a capuchin monkey there of all critters! I was so happy i finally got to see my capuchin. He was too cute... although he was in a cage so i didn't get to hold him... but i think it still counts! After the orphanage we all drove to Santa Cruz and Chris treated us to crazy good ice cream!

Fun Times with Rissy and Dreads

These pics were taken a week ago today. Leah, Carissa, and I were just kind of hangin around the hotel grounds and these photos are the outcome. We then decided to take the rover on a little road trip to Santa Cruz. Quite an interesting trip! We didn't exactly make it...but that's a whole other story. The only picture i have of that excursion is the calf and cow.
